Unlimited Bio at the Free Cities Summit in Prague: Longevity as a Human Right
Prague, Czech Republic (Oct 31–Nov 2, 2025) — Unlimited Bio COO Vladimir Leshko participated in the Free Cities Conference 2025 in Prague, hosted under the event theme “Vote With Your Feet.”
The Free Cities Foundation is a nonprofit focused on innovation in governance—with the stated mission to support new models that can expand human freedom and prosperity by inspiring, informing, and connecting people working on “Free Cities.”In practice, the Foundation runs community infrastructure such as annual conferences, an ongoing podcast and research, local meetups, and online community channels to connect builders and supporters globally.
“Free Cities” are commonly described by the Foundation as self-governing territories—often with a special legal status—that can have meaningful autonomy over local rules, services, and institutions. During the program, Vladimir delivered a talk titled “Próspera: The Path to Longevity as a Human Right,” sharing a perspective on how innovation-forward jurisdictions like Próspera and governance models can help translate emerging health and longevity solutions into real-world access—faster, more responsibly, and at larger scale.
Across the conference, Vladimir met with founders, operators, and community leaders, including Titus Gebel, Vít Jedlička (Liberland) and Joe Quirk (seasteading), from the global Free Cities ecosystem to explore opportunities at the intersection of biotech, healthtech, and governance. A recording of his session is available on YouTube.
